How we use information

• Provide login, learning, practice, mock-test and current-affairs features.
• Save progress and personalise learning.
• Maintain security and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide support and important service communications.
• Improve app performance and user experience.

Payments

Payments may be processed by an authorised payment provider or app-store billing system. Suvadi should not store full card details, UPI PINs or banking credentials.

Sharing & service providers

Information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, analytics, notifications, authentication, payments or support only as needed to operate the service, or where required by law.

Data retention & security

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, disputes and security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children & learners

Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for a younger user, the service should be used only with the required consent.

Deletion & choices

Users may request account and data deletion through the Account Deletion page. Limited records may be retained where legally required.
